The Founder and Chairman of the company, Mr. Moustafa El-Ashmawy, has made his first steps in the cookware industry in 1975, with his father's company "Aluminium Al-Ahram Co.", established in 1963. After 14 years of experience, in 1989, he established "Aluminium Al-Karnak Co". and began producing high quality cookware for home cooking. Then, he was joined by his family in order to maintain a family-based business.

The production range included mostly Aluminium cookware. But since our company has always been dedicated to understanding and fulfilling customers' and consumers' needs, a new line for the Professional cookware for Hotels and restaurants was successfully installed in 2003 . And another new line of well-designed non-stick cookware was installed in .

Quality and Ecology management, together with occupational health and safety managements systems are a part of the complete management strategy in our company. 

Quality management system of "Aluminium Al-Karnak Co." is implemented by satisfying requirements of ISO 9001:2000 Standards. 

Environmental protection management system of "Aluminium Al-Karnak Co." is implemented by satisfying requirements of ISO 14001:2005 Standards.

Also our company implemented Occupational Health & Safety management system 180001, promoting a safe healthy working environment.

For more than 2 decades of our competing on domestic and foreign markets, great efforts were made to affirm our company as a reliable and leading producer of cookware. 

بدأ مؤسس ورئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة، الاستاذ مصطفي العشماوي، نشاطه في صناعة الألومنيوم عام ١٩٧٥، مع والده في شركة الأهرام لصناعة الألومنيوم التي أسست عام ١٩٦٣

و بعد ١٤ عاما من الخبرة أسس شركة الكرنك لصناعة الألومنيوم عام ١٩٨٩، و بدأ في صناعة الآواني المنزلية عالية الجودة، و انضمت له عائلته بعد ذلك ليصبح نشاطا عائليا

 يتضمن الإنتاج الآواني المصنعة من الألومنيوم، لكن نظرا لتطلع الشركة لمتطلبات عملائها في السوق المحلية و العالمية، فقد انشأ خط انتاج جديد لصناعة آواني الفنادق و المطاعم عام ٢٠٠٣، و تلاه خط جديد لصناعة الآواني التي لايلتصق بها الطعام عام 

 ،تعتبر أنظمة الجودة و البيئة و نظام الصحة و السلامة المهنية من الأجزاء الهامة في استراتيجية الشركة

لذلك حصلت الشركة علي شهادة الآيزو ٩٠٠١ لنظام الجودة و شهادة الآيزو ١٤٠٠٠١ لنظام البيئة و كذلك شهادة الآيزو ١٨٠٠٠١ لنظام الصحة و السلامة المهنية 

و لأكثر من عقدين علي تنافسنا في السوق المحلية و العالمية، بذلت الشركة جهودا كبيرة من أجل الحفاظ عليها كإحدي الشركات الرائدة و الفعالة في صناعة الآواني
